Baylor joined Best & Sharp after graduating with highest honor from the University of Tulsa, College of Law in 2020.  While in law school, Baylor published a case note in the Energy Law Journal, where he also served as a Notes Editor.  Before law school, Baylor graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine.

Baylor is a Tulsa native graduating from Cascia Hall Preparatory School.  During his free time, Baylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, and watching sports.
