Carrie McNeer

Carrie McNeer joined the firm in 2011 and has participated in numerous cases from inception to verdict. She concentrates her practice on medical malpractice defense, municipal and governmental liability, civil rights and insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, she represented consumers in the Oklahoma City area. Her diverse background, encompassing many different areas of law, makes her practice “both challenging and rewarding” and contributes to a winning defense for clients.

Carrie and her husband, Ryan Bulmer, grew up in Sand Springs, and they currently live in Tulsa.  They volunteer for Meals on Wheels and enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time with family and hiking with their two dogs, Jack and Louis.
