Dan W. Ernst

Dan has been a practicing litigator for more than 30 years.  When he joined the firm in 1996, Dan brought with him over a decade of experience representing hospitals, physicians and allied health professionals against claims of malpractice.  Over the years, he has continued to represent and advise physicians and healthcare professionals in all aspects of professional negligence litigation. He has represented clients in a vast number of cases involving significant bodily injury and death. Due to his extensive litigation experience, Dan is a key member of the trial team.

When he’s not working Dan enjoys traveling, food, reading and running.
