Manuel joined the firm in 2019 and focuses his practice areas on medical malpractice defense and municipal liability litigation. Manuel graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2014 with a degree in English Literature. He then went on to graduate from the University of Tulsa, College of Law in 2019 with his Juris Doctorate. He enjoys taking on complex issues and working toward a resolution that meets his client’s goals. Manuel’s background also includes time as a family law attorney were he gained valuable experience as a litigator. While in law school, Manuel participated on the TU National Native American Law Student Association appellate team. He and his partner won a national championship in 2018. Manuel also earned membership into the Order of the Barristers, a national organization, for his commitment to written and oral advocacy before his graduation from law school in 2018.

During his free time, Manuel enjoys spending time with his wife, Blair, and their Boston Terrier, Ollie.
