Courtney received her Bachelors from Arizona State University with a degree in interdisciplinary studies with focuses on African American and Women and Gender studies. She moved to Tulsa just two days before law school orientation at the University of Tulsa College of Law. After law school, Courtney spent almost 5 years in child welfare representing abused and neglected children. Courtney joined Best & Sharp in 2023.

During her free time, Courtney enjoys volunteering and spending time with her fiancee, friends, and pets.
