For over fifty years, Best & Sharp has provided zealous and proactive representation to a variety of civil litigants. The firm presently engages in all aspects of civil trial and appellate litigation in all areas of the state of Oklahoma, and has been A-V rated for over three decades by Martindale-Hubbell. Historically Best & Sharp has focused its practice on the defense of medical professionals and health care entites in professional liability litigation. 
However, over time, the firm has expanded its practice to include a variety of other practice areas, including health care law, nursing home liability, transportation and trucking liability, products liability, insurance and extra-contractual insurance litigation, insurance coverage matters, personal injury, municipal and governmental liability, and law enforcement and correctional litigation. Many of the attorneys at Best & Sharp are regular guest lecturers and publishers in their respective practice areas.
Best & Sharp has grown significantly over the years, but its vision has never changed.
